💼 About This Role

You'll act as a strategic advisor to MongoDB's mature customers, driving long-term partnerships and expansion revenue. You'll own the full account lifecycle from retention to upsell, leveraging the MongoDB ecosystem to deliver value. This role offers the chance to build processes for a growing EMEA team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Act as strategic advisor aligning customer's MongoDB initiatives with corporate strategy
• Build pipeline through targeted customer interactions and collaborative discovery
• Proactively identify and nurture relationships within accounts to expand stakeholder footprint
• Lead sales and renewal process from pricing to closure

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of quota-carrying experience in Sales or Account Management
• Native German speaker
• Proven track record of hitting sales targets including expansion/upsell AND renewal/retention
• Ability to articulate value of complex enterprise technology
