Description

You'll support conversion plans onboarding to our client's platform by reviewing asset transfers, trading with sub-custodians, and reconciling cash and securities. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth transitions and exceptional service for plan sponsors.

Requirements

• Understanding of how mutual funds, stable value funds, and ETFs trade and settle
• Strong aptitude for numbers and experience with cash and securities reconciliations
• Proactive and analytical problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage client expectations
• Experience with collaboration, project management, and CRM tools (Google Workspace, Slack, Salesforce, Zendesk, Jira)

Responsibilities

• Review and record cash and in-kind asset transfers in trust accounting system
• Work with sub-custodians to settle trades for mutual funds, stable value funds, and ETFs
• Perform reconciliations of invested assets and cash activity between systems
• Coordinate with Implementation Managers and Investment teams to transition plans onto client's platform
• Update and maintain client data within CRM systems
