Description

You will lead and scale localization initiatives for Mozilla products, working closely with volunteer localizers, language service providers, and internal teams to ensure products are localization-ready from design through release. Your role involves driving localized product releases, optimizing workflows, and making data-driven trade-offs.

Requirements

• Proven expertise in localization processes, workflows, and industry formats
• Experience with online translation software, CAT tools, and TMS
• First-hand experience localizing software or web content at scale
• Excellent English skills; fluency in at least one other language or deep linguistic understanding
• Ability to read source code to identify i18n/l10n issues and collaborate on solutions
