You'll oversee CRM projects end-to-end, supporting a senior PM in a fast-paced iGaming environment. Your impact will drive operational excellence and cross-team alignment through structured processes. This role stands out for its focus on building organizational clarity and reducing project fragmentation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support full-cycle CRM project management from planning to delivery.
• Manage Jira boards, workflows, priorities, and SLAs.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration across multiple departments.
• Prepare project documentation, onboarding materials, and process guidelines.

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in digital, CRM, or tech environments.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban.
• Strong experience with Jira, Confluence, Slack, Miro, and Google Workspace.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

• Experience in iGaming.
• Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
