You'll lead IT strategy for a cancer detection biotech scaling its CLIA lab and manufacturing operations. Your core impact is ensuring compliant, secure, and reliable IT systems that directly support early cancer detection. This role offers the opportunity to build and scale a high-performing IT organization from the ground up.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and execute IT strategy and roadmap aligned with business goals
• Oversee enterprise IT operations including infrastructure, cloud, and cybersecurity
• Ensure compliance with FDA, CLIA/CAP, ISO 13485, HIPAA, and GxP
• Lead regulated system validation, data integrity, and audit readiness

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of IT leadership experience in regulated healthcare or biotech
• Proven ability to build and scale enterprise IT operations
• Experience supporting laboratory or manufacturing environments with compliance requirements
• Experience with regulatory frameworks like FDA, CLIA, ISO 13485

• Experience with LIMS and laboratory instruments
• Familiarity with computerized system validation (CSV/CSA)
