🎯 What You'll Do

• Hire and lead a high-performing team of Implementation Managers.
• Execute implementation strategies to increase customer satisfaction.
• Analyze success metrics to inform training and mentoring.
• Assist on customer calls and provide feedback for growth.

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of Implementation or Customer Org experience.
• 2+ years leading a team with proven results.
• Experience with Salesforce and GuideCX preferred.
