💼 About This Role

You'll support store leadership in delivering an amazing shopping experience for pop culture fans. You'll help train new team members and assist with daily operations to meet sales targets. This role lets you combine your fandom knowledge with retail leadership in a mission-driven environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an exceptional shopping experience and product knowledge to customers.
• Open and close the store and provide leadership on the sales floor.
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales using BOPIS and curbside.
• Assist with planogram changes and communicate fashion trends to management.

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
