You'll support patients and clinicians across the country by managing virtual patient check-ins and ensuring seamless care coordination. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct remote patient check-ins and pre-visit preparation
• Document medical information in EMR and prep charts
• Communicate with patients about appointments and follow-up
• Support clinicians during virtual visits with real-time documentation
• Coordinate care: manage referrals, prior authorizations, and medication refills

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a virtual care or healthcare support role
• Familiarity with virtual care workflows in primary care or chronic care
• Comfort with remote tools and EMR platforms (Athena preferred)
• Strong communication and organizational skills

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge of obesity medicine or weight management
• Experience with HIPAA-compliant telehealth platforms
• Experience with Athena EHR
