You'll develop simulation solutions for next-generation SoCs at Waymo. You'll integrate in-house accelerator models and maintain CI/CD workflows to ensure pre-silicon software quality. This role offers a chance to work on one of the world's highest performance automotive compute platforms.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop simulation solutions for next-generation SoC
• Integrate accelerator models into full-system simulation
• Establish and maintain CI/CD workflow based on simulation
• Identify functional silicon bugs and performance bottlenecks

📋 Requirements

• Proven expertise in C++ programming
• Advanced degree in EECS with 3+ years industry experience
• Understanding of SoC architecture (IOMMU, DMA)
• Knowledge of full-system simulation (gem5, SystemC, QEMU)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with high-performance interconnects (AXI, PCIe)
• Familiarity with accelerators (ML accelerators, GPUs)
• Expertise in bare metal programming and Linux internals
