Description
As a Lead Solutions Architect, you will own the technical relationship with top Global System Integrators (GSIs), driving joint go-to-market strategies and building reusable solutions. You'll design workshops, enable partners, and influence Klaviyo's product roadmap.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience
- Strategic technical leader with strong consulting mindset
- Deep experience with integrations, data modeling, and scalable solutions
- Ability to build trusted relationships with C-level executives
- Experience working with Global System Integrators (GSIs)
Responsibilities
- Act as primary technical point of contact for GSIs, designing technical workshops and certification paths
- Empower partners with demo sandboxes and tooling for high-impact demos and POCs
- Build technical blueprints and co-branded solution packages with Partnerships team
- Support RFP strategy to qualify accounts and accelerate partner-led deals
- Synthesize partner feedback to influence Klaviyo product roadmap
