Description

As a Lead Solutions Architect, you will own the technical relationship with top Global System Integrators (GSIs), driving joint go-to-market strategies and building reusable solutions. You'll design workshops, enable partners, and influence Klaviyo's product roadmap.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience
  • Strategic technical leader with strong consulting mindset
  • Deep experience with integrations, data modeling, and scalable solutions
  • Ability to build trusted relationships with C-level executives
  • Experience working with Global System Integrators (GSIs)

Responsibilities

  • Act as primary technical point of contact for GSIs, designing technical workshops and certification paths
  • Empower partners with demo sandboxes and tooling for high-impact demos and POCs
  • Build technical blueprints and co-branded solution packages with Partnerships team
  • Support RFP strategy to qualify accounts and accelerate partner-led deals
  • Synthesize partner feedback to influence Klaviyo product roadmap
