You'll own the renewals process for SMB customers at Druva, a leader in cloud data protection. Your work will directly drive retention and growth. This role offers the chance to shape a new team in a rapidly scaling company.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own and lead the renewals process with the account team
- Engage key decision-makers to identify requirements and roadblocks
- Maintain and report accurate rolling 90-day forecast of renewals
- Negotiate and execute renewal contracts aligned to customer goals
- Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities upon renewal
๐ Requirements
- 3+ years of Technical Sales / Customer Success / Account Management experience
- Solid understanding of Enterprise SaaS applications
- Consistent track record of achieving goals
- Ability to grow business strategically

- Data Backup/Data Protection sales experience
- Salesforce experience
- Customer Success background
