You'll define and lead enterprise channel strategy and patient support programs for a clinical-stage biotechnology company. Your work will directly impact patient access to novel therapies. You'll build high-performing teams across trade relations and patient services.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Define Apogee's enterprise channel strategy across wholesale and specialty pharmacy networks.
  • Design optimal distribution models aligned with product strategy and patient journey.
  • Lead negotiation and management of wholesalers, specialty distributors, and pharmacies.
  • Build comprehensive patient support program including hub services and co-pay assistance.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent; advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years in Trade Relations/Channel Strategy and/or Patient Services.
  • Deep expertise in specialty pharmaceutical supply chain and patient services.
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding expectations.

  • Experience with Specialty products or Immunology.
  • MBA or advanced business degree.
