💼 About This Role

You'll deliver high-quality patient-centred care for cannabis-based medicinal products as part of a multi-disciplinary team. Your core impact is conducting remote clinical assessments, independent prescribing, and optimising treatment plans. This role offers training in cannabis medicine and a supportive digital health environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct initial video consultations for CBPM eligibility
• Perform remote follow-ups and optimise treatment plans
• Independently prescribe CBPM per national guidelines
• Liaise with partner pharmacies for dispensation and delivery

📋 Requirements

• NMC/HCPC registration
• Advanced Nurse Practitioner qualification at Master's level
• Independent Prescriber (V300) qualification
• Minimum 4 years post-qualification experience in advanced clinical assessment
