💼 About This Role

You'll lead strategic initiatives in the CPO's office at a high-growth tech startup, reporting to the Chief Product Officer and collaborating with senior leaders across product, design, analytics, and tech. This role offers direct exposure to product leadership and a path to transition into a Product Management leadership role.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead strategic projects like product roadmaps and buy vs. build frameworks
• Revamp org structures and processes to improve product org efficiency
• Craft communications for Board Meetings, Strategy Reviews, and All-Hands
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders to execute CPO's agenda

📋 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in management consulting or strategy/Chief of Staff roles
• Undergraduate or MBA degree
• Analytical rigor to break down complex problems into actionable workstreams
• Proven ability to influence CXO-level stakeholders
