Description
You will own and grow a portfolio of strategic partners in fintech, e-commerce, and POS, driving cross-functional initiatives to expand Alma's reach and revenue. You'll manage the full partnership lifecycle—from strategy and negotiation to execution and performance—while being the single point of contact for key partners.
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in consulting, project/program management, partnerships, complex sales, or similar in fintech, e-commerce, or high-growth environments
- Strong commercial instinct and business acumen
- Fluency with data; able to extract insights and deliver compelling partner presentations
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex stakeholders and partners in parallel
- Track record leading cross-functional projects with high attention to detail
- Great communicator and relationship-builder: excellent written and presentation skills
- Pragmatic and impact-focused: prioritize high-leverage actions and thrive in fast-paced settings
- Problem-solving and results-oriented: own outcomes and deliver on commitments
- Tech-curious, continuous learner, resilient, adaptable to shifting priorities
- Fluency in English and French
- Based in Paris
Responsibilities
- Own and grow a portfolio of strategic partners, building long-term high-impact relationships
- Set strategy and expand scope: manage new geographies, use cases, optimize programs, define roadmap
- Cross-functional leadership and negotiation: align Product, Sales, Marketing, Legal, Finance, etc.
- End-to-end execution: drive partnership initiatives from idea to validation, launch, and scale
- Performance management: define KPIs/OKRs, monitor results, surface insights, implement improvements
- Partner enablement and activation: create playbooks, internal enablement materials, share best practices
- Joint go-to-market and growth: design and run partner-led and partner-assisted GTM plans
- Representation and relationship stewardship: be the single point of contact for the partner
- Opportunity development: proactively identify, validate, and secure new opportunities with existing partners
