💼 About This Role

You'll own the reliability and performance of WRITER's enterprise AI platform, building scalable infrastructure on AWS/GCP/Azure. You will drive incident response and automation across the stack. This role offers the chance to impact hundreds of enterprise customers relying on AI-powered workflows.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build AI-native approaches for operational tasks and infrastructure management
• Design scalable, fault-tolerant infrastructure on AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Own reliability, performance, and efficiency of core services with SLOs and error budgets
• Lead incident response, post-mortems, and root cause analyses

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years experience in infrastructure engineering, DevOps, or similar role
• Deep expertise with AWS, Kubernetes, and Terraform
• Strong proficiency in Python, Go, or Java for automation
• Knowledge of Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK Stack for monitoring and logging
