Description

As an HVAC Technician at Pearce Services, you will service and repair commercial package HVAC units on cell tower sites. This role involves diagnosing, troubleshooting, and maintaining HVAC equipment while ensuring timely service responses and accurate reporting. You'll work independently with extensive daily travel in the Brighton, CO area.

Requirements

• Level 2 or Universal EPA Certified (Required)
• 3+ years of HVAC maintenance experience (commercial preferred)
• Basic knowledge of electronic, mechanical, and electrical components
• Effective verbal and email communication
• Reside in Brighton, Colorado area

Responsibilities

• Maintain commercial package cooling systems on cell tower sites
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, or install HVAC components
• Conduct performance checks and regular maintenance
• Respond to service calls including emergency call outs
