Description

You will develop a working understanding of risk management processes, coordinate with departments to identify root causes of operational incidents, prepare reports for the Risk Committee, and monitor key risks. This role is ideal for someone with operational risk experience looking to work in a high-tech, collaborative environment.

Requirements

• High English proficiency
• 2 years experience in operational risk management, process review or audit at bank or large multinational

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of risk management processes, especially operational risk tools
• Ensure complete gathering of operational incidents from all sources with high quality
• Coordinate with Internal Control, Audit and other departments to identify root causes and resolution plans
• Conduct interviews to verify root causes and implemented solutions
• Prepare reports on operational incidents and control environment for Risk Committee
