🎯 What You'll Do

• Define product vision and roadmap for the Hadron platform
• Prioritize initiatives and make go/no-go decisions on features
• Translate institutional requirements into product specifications
• Act as primary liaison between product, engineering, and partners

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in product management, with 3+ years in digital assets
• Tokenization or RWA product experience from issuance to settlement
• Understanding of financial market infrastructure (custody, clearing, settlement)
• Familiarity with blockchain ecosystems and token standards

• Experience working with institutional clients (banks, asset managers)
• Ability to interpret regulatory frameworks (MiCA, MAS, SEC, VARA)
