💼 About This Role

You'll join Mindpeak's development team to build and scale backend services powering AI models for digital pathology. You'll design solutions for streaming gigapixel whole-slide images and serve AI models reliably to pathologists worldwide. This role offers a chance to shape AI agentic development workflows and make a real impact on cancer diagnostics.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and build backend services for machine learning models in production.
• Develop automation tools for data annotation pipelines.
• Integrate pathology hardware and software into automated workflows.
• Implement AI agentic development workflows and best practices.

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of professional backend development experience with Python.
• MSc in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with AI coding agents or AI-assisted development tools.
• Experience with Docker and Linux.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with JavaScript and CSS.
• Familiarity with whole-slide scanners or lab information systems.
• German language skills.
