Description

You will own the product direction and execution for Agent Handler, Merge's newest bet in the agentic AI ecosystem. You'll focus the team on the 1-2 bets that matter most, translate market signals into clear product decisions, and partner with engineering and design to ship high-quality experiences quickly.

Requirements

• High agency: take ownership without waiting to be told, run toward ambiguity, make decisions, and drive outcomes end to end
• Resourceful execution: make progress quickly through customer conversations, prototypes, sharp framing, and iteration
• Strong product judgment: separate signal from noise in a fast-moving AI landscape
• AI fluency and curiosity: deep in the AI ecosystem, trying new tools, following model releases, forming opinions
• Technical fluency: comfortable operating in highly technical product spaces, can partner deeply with engineering on APIs, systems, and tradeoffs

Responsibilities

• Own Agent Handler product direction and execution across discovery, prioritization, shipping, and iteration
• Focus the team on the 1 to 2 bets that matter most, even when everything else feels urgent
• Translate fast-moving market signals, customer needs, and technical possibilities into clear product decisions
• Partner closely with engineering and design to scope and ship high-quality experiences quickly
• Stay deeply connected to customers, prospects, and the broader AI ecosystem
