💼 About This Role

You'll join Arrive Logistics as a Carrier Success Representative Trainee, providing premier service to carriers and supporting tracking operations for priority shipments. You'll ensure loads are tracked and updated daily, communicating with drivers and internal teams to resolve issues. This role offers hands-on experience in logistics with opportunities for career growth in a collaborative environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Use RingCentral, ARRIVEnow, email, and Slack to update systems and communicate with drivers.
• Track priority shipments including high priority pickups, HR shipments, and enterprise loads.
• Make inbound/outbound calls to drivers and dispatchers to obtain tracking updates.
• Enter and update information accurately in tracking software to achieve daily metrics.

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Must be willing to live in Guadalajara full-time.
