💼 About This Role

You'll lead internal and external engineering teams to deliver zero-carbon industrial heat and power using Antora's novel thermal battery technology. You will be a key technical member of a cross-functional organization deploying some of Antora's first commercial scale projects. This role offers the opportunity to drive project execution from design through startup in a mission-driven startup environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead engineering teams to define, design, and construct power plant projects.
• Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
• Own and maintain project schedule, budget, and resource plan.
• Present project status to internal and external stakeholders.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's in engineering or 8+ years in industrial project management.
• Experience working with EPC teams in office and project-site locations.
• Proficiency in scheduling software (MS Project, P6, Smartsheet).
• Experience with construction software (Procore, Bluebeam).

✨ Nice to Have

• PMP Certification.
• PE License.
• Familiarity with 3D CAD (Solidworks, Navisworks) and 2D drawings (AutoCAD).
