You'll manage a support team and build processes from scratch as the first Japan hire. You'll act as the bridge between local customers and global HQ, driving continuous improvements. This role offers the chance to shape support in a new market for a fast-growing livestream shopping platform.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Manage, coach, and lead a team of support agents
  • Jump into the ticket queue alongside the team
  • Build support processes and infrastructure from scratch
  • Advocate for local market needs with global teams

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 6+ years of support experience with direct agent management
  • Native Japanese and fluent English
  • Proven ownership of strategic projects end-to-end
  • Hands-on experience with Zendesk or similar platforms

  • Bachelor's degree
