🎯 What You'll Do

• Create and manage custom Jira projects, issue types, and workflows
• Advise teams on Scrum vs. Kanban board structuring
• Guide teams on tracking and interpreting Agile metrics
• Troubleshoot access issues and maintain Jira documentation

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience in Jira Software administration (Cloud or Data Center)
• Deep understanding of Scrum and Kanban ceremonies and artifacts
• Ability to configure and explain Velocity Charts and Cumulative Flow Diagrams

• Experience with JIRA Cloud
