You'll connect clients with opioid use disorders to medication-assisted treatment and comprehensive support services. You'll maintain a caseload of 20-30 participants, focusing on treatment adherence and stabilization. This role offers the chance to work within a nationally recognized social justice organization.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Outreach, educate, and link participants to MOUD medications
  • Build caseload and promote medication adherence and stability
  • Link clients to primary care, mental health, and housing resources
  • Document and maintain complete client files in required databases

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in social work, public health, or related field or 2+ years providing MOUD/MAT navigation
  • Experience in overdose reversals, de-escalation techniques, and motivational interviewing
  • Experience providing street-based outreach in urban settings and homeless encampments
  • Knowledge of harm reduction principles and strengths-based counseling techniques

โœจ Nice to Have

  • California Rapid HIV/HCV/STI test counselor certification (or willingness to be trained)
  • Experience with jail clearance in San Francisco or other Bay Area counties
