💼 About This Role

You'll be the face of our Hampton's Pop-Up, delivering a warm, memorable experience to every guest while preparing summer treats like ice cream & coffee with care and consistency. You'll help maintain a clean, polished, and inviting shop environment and support operations from POS transactions to inventory management.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver friendly and elevated service to every guest
• Prepare and assemble desserts and drinks per brand standards
• Operate the POS system and handle transactions accurately
• Support opening, closing, side work, and shop upkeep

📋 Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in F&B or hospitality
• Food Handler Certification or willingness to obtain
• Ability to lift and move up to 30 lbs
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

✨ Nice to Have

• Prior cash handling and POS experience
• Experience in a customer-facing environment
