💼 About This Role

You'll lead policy strategy and legislative campaigns for the nation's top commercial rooftop solar developer, shaping energy markets across existing and new states. You'll drive regulatory and stakeholder engagement to expand community solar programs and enable market entry. This role offers the chance to define the future of distributed generation in the U.S.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop policy strategies for existing markets to support program expansion.
• Coordinate internal alignment across development, finance, legal, and executive teams.
• Lead legislative campaigns to enable entry into new markets.
• Oversee community solar application processes and cross-functional coordination.
• Represent Solar Landscape in meetings with regulators, legislators, and stakeholders.

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in energy policy, regulatory affairs, or related fields.
• Experience in legislative, regulatory, or utility environments.
• Strong understanding of energy markets, distributed generation, or infrastructure development.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives in ambiguous environments.
