You'll oversee all aspects of our volunteer program, from recruitment to placement and orientation. You'll ensure volunteers feel valued and involved while also managing our donation center. This role offers a chance to make a meaningful impact in the community and work with a dedicated team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Recruit, onboard, and place volunteers in suitable roles.
• Manage the donation center and improve overall experience.
• Plan and organize volunteer recognition events.
• Communicate with staff, chaplains, and community partners.

📋 Requirements

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience in volunteer/non-profit field.
• Minimum two years previous non-profit or volunteer organization experience.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google, Zoom.
• Valid Oregon driver's license with clean driving record.

• Experience handling confidential matters and sensitive information.
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
