Description

You will provide legal advice on commercial contracts and risk topics, drafting and negotiating SaaS, vendor, and data-sharing agreements. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive deals to closure and support compliance initiatives within a healthcare technology company.

Requirements

• J.D. from accredited law school and licensed to practice in any US state or DC
• 5+ years relevant legal experience, with at least 2 years in a law firm or corporate legal department
• Experience in commercial contracting (drafting, reviewing, negotiating complex agreements)
• Knowledge of healthcare privacy and security laws
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate commercial contracts including SaaS, vendor, professional services, NDA, and data-sharing agreements
• Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Finance to manage contracting process and drive deals to closure
• Advise internal clients on contract interpretation, dispute resolution, and risk allocation
• Support risk assessments, legal compliance initiatives, and special projects
• Respond to third-party requests for information, litigation holds, and e-discovery
