You'll lead 1st line control testing and governance for Digital Banking, ensuring regulatory compliance and operational excellence. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and maintain a robust risk and control environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and execute 1st line control testing for key controls.
• Analyze test results, identify gaps, and recommend remediation strategies.
• Maintain a central inventory of controls and documentation in SharePoint.
• Prepare reports for senior leaders on testing outcomes and risk trends.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years progressive risk management or audit experience in financial services.
• Knowledge of OSFI guidelines and regulatory compliance.
• Experience in Compliance testing or Audit.
• Post-secondary education in Risk Management, Business, Law, or Finance.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Resolver RCM tool.
• Knowledge of digital banking products and channels.
