Description

As a consultant at Mars & Co, you will work on project teams to help leading global enterprises address strategic issues through rigorous research and quantitative analysis. You'll analyze data, develop business strategies, and present findings to clients, gaining exposure to diverse industries and cultures.

Requirements

MBA from top-tier business school with 3+ years meaningful prior business experience
Quantitative analytical undergraduate degree preferred (Engineering, Math, Economics, Science)
Proficiency in Excel, R, Tableau, Python, SQL, Access for data analysis
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and organizational ability
Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-culturally

Responsibilities

Obtain relevant data from various sources to address client issues
Analyze and visualize data to create meaningful insights
Develop action plans by synthesizing analyses and applying strategic thinking
Present research, analyses, and recommendations to clients and teammates
Manage project modules, including supervising and coaching junior consultants
