🎯 What You'll Do

• Assist with payroll coordination, benefits administration, and employee data management.
• Clarify HR policies and respond to employee inquiries.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, scheduling, and offers.
• Coordinate onboarding logistics for new hires.

📋 Requirements

• 2 years of recruiting experience including sourcing and negotiating offers.
• Hands-on experience with Ashby ATS.
• Proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing platforms.
• Experience supporting HR operations like payroll and benefits.
