- Design, document, and optimize revenue operations processes across sales, marketing, and customer success.
- Manage and maintain CRM systems and RevOps tools for data quality and integrations.
- Build dashboards and analyze funnel performance metrics for leadership insights.
- Support territory planning, pipeline management, quota setting, and revenue forecasting.
๐ Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Analytics, ideally in SaaS.
- Strong understanding of forecasting methodologies, pipeline management, and revenue metrics.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Proven ability to map, document, and optimize operational workflows across departments.
