You'll work at the intersection of customer support, operations, and compliance for a crypto neobank. You'll verify customer identities and documents to safeguard the platform against fraud. You'll also respond to client inquiries across multiple channels while monitoring for suspicious activity.

  • Review and verify customer onboarding applications for KYC/AML compliance.
  • Authenticate customer-submitted documents with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Respond to client inquiries related to onboarding, verification, and compliance.
  • Monitor customer activity for red flags and escalate suspicious cases.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 1โ€“3 years of experience in customer support, KYC, or compliance in fintech or crypto.
  • Familiarity with KYC/AML processes and customer due diligence.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and risk awareness.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience in crypto, exchanges, or digital asset platforms.
  • Familiarity with Zendesk, Jumio, or SumSub.
  • Exposure to transaction monitoring or fraud operations.
