You'll work at the intersection of customer support, operations, and compliance for a crypto neobank. You'll verify customer identities and documents to safeguard the platform against fraud. You'll also respond to client inquiries across multiple channels while monitoring for suspicious activity.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Review and verify customer onboarding applications for KYC/AML compliance.
- Authenticate customer-submitted documents with meticulous attention to detail.
- Respond to client inquiries related to onboarding, verification, and compliance.
- Monitor customer activity for red flags and escalate suspicious cases.
๐ Requirements
- 1โ3 years of experience in customer support, KYC, or compliance in fintech or crypto.
- Familiarity with KYC/AML processes and customer due diligence.
- Exceptional attention to detail and risk awareness.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin.
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience in crypto, exchanges, or digital asset platforms.
- Familiarity with Zendesk, Jumio, or SumSub.
- Exposure to transaction monitoring or fraud operations.
