💼 About This Role

You'll create in-store print-ready production graphics for e.l.f. Beauty's retail partners, following design guidelines to translate vision into reality. You'll collaborate with Sales, Design, and Copy teams to ensure on-time delivery across multiple brands. This role offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced beauty environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support Sr. Manager in production of visual merchandising graphics.
• Adapt templates to create graphics for multiple retailers.
• Manage process from design hand-off to print vendor release.
• Organize assets on server and hand off final files.

📋 Requirements

• 2-5 years experience in high-volume deadline-driven environment.
• Expert level knowledge of Adobe InDesign and Illustrator.
• Print production experience, preferably in beauty or retail.
• Proficiency in InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, Excel, Google docs.

• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience with project management tools like Wrike.
• Template creation skills.
