You'll support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and developing a passionate team at a loud, pop-culture-focused store. You'll drive sales and build customer relationships while handling operations like scheduling and merchandising. This role combines leadership with a fun, music-and-pop-culture atmosphere.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support Store Manager in achieving sales plan and comp sales goals.
• Recruit, develop, and retain a collaborative, passionate team.
• Create buzz through promotions, social media, BOPIS, and curbside pickup.
• Manage shrink/loss prevention, payroll hours, and associate schedules.
• Merchandise store using planograms and launch promos on time.

📋 Requirements

• At least 1-2 years of retail store management experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to lead teams and drive sales success.
• Skills in communication, recruiting, operations (payroll, scheduling, merchandising).
