You'll drive end-to-end delivery of complex cross-team initiatives by combining scaled Agile execution with project management discipline. You'll provide executive-level visibility and actionable insights to enable predictable delivery and manage risks. This role offers hybrid work in Montreal with bilingual requirements.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Facilitate PI Planning, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives
• Coach teams on Agile and Scaled Agile practices
• Remove impediments and manage cross-team dependencies
• Own integrated delivery plans, timelines, and milestones

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in Agile at scale delivery (RTE, Scrum Master)
• 7+ years of direct project management experience
• PMP or similar certification
• Fluency in French and English
