💼 About This Role
You'll manage the full lifecycle of incidents for Netomi's agentic AI platform, working with global brands like Delta and MetLife. Your primary goal is to minimize business impact and restore services as quickly as possible.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Receive and log incident reports from monitoring tools, users, or IT teams.
- Categorize and prioritize incidents based on severity and business impact.
- Coordinate with support teams, technical specialists, and management for resolution.
- Conduct post-incident reviews and document root causes and improvements.
📋 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience in incident management within an ITIL-based framework.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to prioritize multiple incidents simultaneously.
- Knowledge of IT service management tools and incident tracking systems.
