You'll oversee maintenance operations across a student housing portfolio, ensuring compliance and performance. Your core impact involves managing teams, budgets, and vendors to standardize operations and reduce costs.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct regular property visits to inspect and resolve maintenance issues.
• Oversee HVAC, mechanical, and life safety systems for compliance.
• Manage pool/spa operations ensuring chemical balance and code compliance.
• Lead and develop on-site maintenance teams across multiple sites.
• Manage vendor contracts and maintenance budgets for cost savings.

📋 Requirements

• 5–10 years hands-on maintenance in multifamily or student housing.
• EPA 608 Certification (Universal or Type II/III).
• CPO Certification (or obtain within 60 days).
• Proficiency with Entrata or similar property management system.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience managing 5+ assets or 1,000+ units.
• Bilingual: English & Spanish.
• Experience with student housing or value-add properties.
