🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead strategy and deployment of ML solutions for growth and marketing
• Design propensity, churn, LTV, and personalization models
• Partner with product, marketing, finance, and engineering teams
• Drive experimentation through A/B testing and uplift modeling

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in machine learning delivering production systems
• Proven expertise building marketing-focused ML models (propensity, churn, LTV)
• Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch
• Experience with large-scale data platforms and cloud-based environments

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in fintech or financial services
• Familiarity with attribution modeling, MMM, or Snowflake
• Passion for applying AI to real-world challenges
