Description

You will lead and scale high-performance teams responsible for insourcing custom integrated circuits and packages, from rapid prototyping through high-volume production. Collaborate closely with engineering, supply chain, operations, and management to solve problems in a fast-paced cleanroom environment, driving Starlink's mission of global connectivity.

Requirements

• Associate's degree with 3+ years in manufacturing/test environment, or 5+ years without degree.
• 3+ years hands-on experience with safety-critical systems, mechanical assemblies, automated equipment, and multi-axis heavy equipment.
• 3+ years formal team leadership experience.
• Must be willing to work extended hours and weekends.
• Must be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee, or asylee (ITAR).

Responsibilities

• Lead team of manufacturing specialists, technicians, and equipment maintenance personnel in process development, qualification, reliability, and high-volume ramp of silicon packages.
• Own safety performance, ensuring training compliance and policy adherence.
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean, Kaizen, 5S, Value Stream Mapping to reduce cycle time and costs.
• Develop and execute daily production plans based on customer commitments, manpower, equipment, and materials.
• Analyze production data, resolve operational issues, lead root cause analysis and corrective actions.
