Description

You will drive end-to-end product compliance and global market access for Starlink hardware, including EMC, safety, radio, and environmental certifications. You'll coordinate certification programs, collaborate with design teams, and manage relationships with test labs and regulatory bodies to ensure Starlink's global success.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or STEM discipline
• 5+ years of experience in compliance and certification engineering (internship applicable)
• 10+ years of progressive experience preferred
• Broad experience across EMC, Product Safety, RF/Wireless, and Environmental compliance
• Hands-on experience with FCC, CE, UL, IEC, EN, RED, RoHS, REACH and related standards

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end product compliance and global market access for Starlink hardware (EMC, Safety, Radio, Environmental)
• Coordinate certification programs across multiple disciplines and geographies
• Collaborate with design teams to embed compliance requirements early in development
• Manage relationships with test labs, Notified Bodies, and certification agencies worldwide
• Own technical construction files and support global regulatory submissions
