💼 About This Role

You'll shape Synthesia's brand in experiential moments globally, from events to digital experiences. You'll lead end-to-end design and collaborate with field marketing to raise the bar on how we show up.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Translate brand into physical and experiential environments
• Design booths, signage, print assets, and merchandise
• Develop cohesive event identities across touchpoints
• Storyboard and design motion and screen-based content for events

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years in brand/visual/experiential design
• Proven experience designing physical environments
• Deep knowledge of print production and large-format design
• Fluent in Figma and Adobe Illustrator

• AI tools integration into workflow
• No-code website building in Framer/Splash
• Basic 3D modular design or industrial design
