As a Sales & Service Manager at ALO, you will lead the store's business and guest experience strategy, ensuring exceptional guest interactions and driving sales performance. You'll oversee the Sales Service team, coach for excellence in guest connection and product knowledge, and collaborate with the General Manager to implement sales initiatives.
