💼 About This Role

You'll serve as a customer's relationship manager during onboarding, implementing restaurant back-office software for Toast's xtraCHEF product line. Your core impact is driving successful product adoption and activation for multiple restaurant clients. This role offers the chance to work with bilingual Mandarin stakeholders and contribute to new product launches.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Leverage restaurant operations knowledge to implement product line
• Create and lead customer implementation plans from kickoff to activation
• Manage multiple onboarding engagements simultaneously, including large backlogs
• Adapt onboarding materials into Mandarin for non-English speaking stakeholders

📋 Requirements

• Bilingual/Fluent in Mandarin and English
• 3+ years of customer relationship management experience
• Experience with COGS and inventory analysis in Food & Beverage or Hospitality
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals

✨ Nice to Have

• 1+ years of experience using POS software
• Experience with Salesforce CRM
• Experience implementing restaurant-focused software
