You'll lead security initiatives to mature Levelpath's cybersecurity posture, working with Engineering, DevOps, and Compliance teams to establish best-in-class security programs. You'll drive incident response, manage vulnerability assessments, and oversee security tool implementation. This role offers the opportunity to be part of an international team in an agile environment with short decision paths.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and implement security and compliance frameworks
• Drive incident response and lead breach investigations
• Manage vulnerability assessments and mitigation planning
• Oversee security tools like SIEM, DLP, SAST/DAST

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience in leading cybersecurity programs at a tech-focused organization
• Strong understanding of security operations and secure development life cycles
• Knowledge of SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR regulatory frameworks
• Hands-on experience with Vanta, CrowdStrike, Splunk, Rapid7, Snyk
