You'll lead securities financing and trade execution across Asia with a focus on China, working within a quantitative multi-strategy investment platform. Your core impact is ensuring efficient, low-friction implementation while managing borrow availability and recall risk to directly inform portfolio management teams. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Support execution across China and APAC equity, derivatives, and FX instruments.
• Manage securities borrowing and lending for China A-shares and Asian markets.
• Monitor stock loan, equity financing, and index hedging markets for opportunities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with prime brokers and lending counterparties.

📋 Requirements

• 7–10 years of relevant experience in sell-side or buy-side investment management.
• Asian equity financing and securities lending experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Solid understanding of Prime Brokerage and equity finance products.

• Familiarity with China A-shares.
• Experience with systematic or quantitative equity strategies.
