You'll drive strategic and operational initiatives across OpenAI's customer support landscape, working with leaders to scale, mature, and optimize support operations. Your core impact will be leveraging AI/LLMs to fundamentally transform customer experience and define the future of support at OpenAI. This role requires a proactive, strategic planner who can think ten steps ahead.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Leverage AI/LLMs across the organization
  • Identify and prioritize new strategic initiatives with leaders
  • Drive program structure and execution in ambiguous environments
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams to address operational challenges

📋 Requirements

  • 8+ years experience in business operations, strategy, venture capital, private equity, or consulting
  • End-to-end ownership of large, ambiguous problems
  • Direct experience engaging executives and senior leaders
  • Highly analytical with strong data modeling and forecasting skills
