You'll lead business growth across key mass cosmetics retailers in Germany and Poland, working with a high-performance team at e.l.f. Beauty. You'll drive sales strategy, in-store presence, and account planning to achieve exceptional market share gains.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Achieve and exceed brand objectives and sales goals
• Develop account strategy including assortment and merchandising
• Identify and execute business-building initiatives
• Manage sales revenue, trade margins, and forecasting

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of sales experience in beauty industry
• Fluent in German and English
• Experience with mass cosmetics retailers in local market
• BA or BSc degree required
